Ground Disturbance Level I&II (No Longer Available)  
This one-day course is for anyone working in the construction industry were Ground Disturbance is likely. Participants will learn the following:

  • Hazard Identification & Common Factors,
  • Identification of Ground Disturbance,
  • Safe Work Practices when working around underground facility,
  • Regulatory requirements and Code of Practice,
  • Use of permits, approvals/crossing agreements,
  • Pre-planning & Notifications,
  • Back Fill Inspections,
  • Emergency Response Plans.


Extinguisher Training $125.00  
This half-day course meets federal and provincial requirements. This course includes the following.

  • Fire Characteristics,
  • Fire Classifications,
  • Extinguisher Types,
  • Operation of Extinguisher,
  • Demonstration of Fire Extinguishing.


Bear Awareness & Avoidance $100.00  
This one day course is for anyone working in active bear areas. This course includes the following.

  • Explain the difference between black & grizzly bears.
  • Working safely with bears,
  • Bear deterrents,
  • Bear encounter Provincial protocol.
Fall Protection $155.00  
This one day course is for anyone performing their daily work activities at elevated work stations. This course includes the following.

  • Explain the difference between fall arrest and fall restraint systems
  • Describe the basic elements required of an effective fall protection plan,
  • Discuss what factors to consider when developing a site-specific fall protection program,
  • Cover basic fall protection terminology,
  • Discuss Legislated fall protection requirements Regulatory Infractions


Flag Person $125.00  
This one-day course is for anyone working in general construction where vehicles or equipment form part of the day-day operations. Participants will learn the following:

  • The flag persons responsibilities for the protection of co-workers and the general public,
  • Identifying the correct flagging practices and procedures, equipment and clothing,
  • How to communicate with co-workers and the general public,
  • The importance of the flag station and the flag persons location,
  • How to deal with emergency vehicles
